"I think it's important that this space continues to be shaped and led by Black facilitators and community members. I appreciated how history culture and spirituality were included alongside harm reduction."
— Attendee at the Deeper Liberation training

MAHRWC offers various virtual and in-person trainings throughout the year that support, connect, and sustain the harm reduction workforce through knowledge sharing, skill-building, mutual support, and collective action.

From trainings that explore the historical impact of Black harm reduction leadership to virtual cohorts designed to help harm reduction workers navigate stress, grief, and burnout, MAHRWC’s offerings are rooted in the realities of the work and the wisdom of the people doing it every day.
